Born and raised in Baldwin County, Stacey Gibbs is an Associate Broker with Engel & Völkers Gulf Shores and a multi-million-dollar producer known for combining deep local roots with broad market expertise. Her experience spans residential single-family homes, luxury properties, land acquisition, investor properties, and new construction development.

With a degree in Global Business and Human Resource Management, Stacey brings a people-first approach to real estate, blending strategic insight with a strong foundation in client advocacy and project management. She is deeply involved in the local real estate community, serving on the Baldwin County REALTORS® Affordable Housing Committee and participating in Professional Women in Building.

A Certified New Home Specialist, Stacey also consults for 22Builds Custom Homes, working closely with developers from concept to completion to bring new construction projects to life. Her collaborative style, creativity, and problem-solving skills make her a trusted resource for both clients and industry partners.

Stacey believes the key to exceptional service is uncovering each client’s “why” and creating a personalized game plan that brings clarity and confidence to every transaction. Her passion for real estate is rooted in her personal journey—after briefly experiencing homelessness as an adolescent, she achieved homeownership and made it her mission to help others do the same. She is building a legacy of belonging and empowerment for her daughters, Sasha, Gabrielle, and Kayla.
